Doxy.me is looking forward to being a part of the National Alliance on Mental Illness-Wisconsin Annual Conference. The conference is May 5-6 in Madison, Wisconsin. NAMI (the National Alliance on Mental Illness) is the nation’s largest grassroots mental health organization providing advocacy, education, support and public awareness. Learn more at nami.org.

Our Director of Behavioral & Mental Health, Gina Sprague will be exhibiting at this conference on both days. Come check out our booth, she will be providing assistance with the following:

  1. Creating an account with Doxy.me. Gina will have laptops and an iPad available to get started.
  2. Answering questions on how Doxy.me can be integrated into your mental health practice.
  3. Answering questions for caregivers and family members who are interested in receiving services via telehealth.
  4. Conference attendees will receive copies of our marketing materials and getting started tips!

Also, mark your calendars she will be presenting on May 6th from 1:00-2:15 p.m. on Understanding the Professional Challenges of Rural Mental Health for CEU credit. This presentation will incorporate: the ethical considerations in rural mental health, cultural diversity in rural practice, understanding the clinician’s role in the community they serve, and how clinicians can be successful when practicing in rural areas.
